The Mission.

Mindful Moments Yoga seeks to help students unite mind and body through offerings aimed at the slower, more restful side of yoga. Classes are infused with non-physical practice from all eight limbs of yoga, such as meditation, journaling, and breathwork. All classes are suitable for beginners. 

The Studio.

Virtual classes are filmed from my in-home yoga room and are available for anyone from anywhere with an internet connection to join in! Classes are on Zoom, and students are welcome to attend with or without video.

Hi ! I'm Stacy. I'm passionate about sharing the heart and soul of yoga without glamour shot poses and ultra-bendability. The slower and more restful side of yoga movement, along with the non-physical aspects of yoga practice, have given me relief from anxiety and depression, and are helping me discover my true self. I'm honored to facilitate you on your journey inward and to guide you in cultivating mindful moments for yourself. 

I took the leap in 2020 to earn my 200-hr yoga teacher certification. I have since completed continuing education in Restorative, Yin, and Chair yoga, as well as Meditation and Breathwork. I am currently enrolled in a 300hr Teacher Training course.
