An exploration of mindful movement using the chair in standing, seated, lying, and balancing postures. Slow flow style with opportunities to pause and explore the movement in your body to find what suits you.

Classes cancelled greater than 24 hours prior to class start time will receive a full refund. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of class start time will receive a credit valid toward a future class.
