Journal Flow

Journaling time and inspired slow flow/mindful movement

Service Description

This 45-minute class begins with some journal prompts to choose from and time to journal, followed by slow and mindful movement, inviting the effects of journaling to flow through the body. Class may end with breathwork or a short meditation. Please bring your journal and writing instrument.

Cancellation Policy

Classes cancelled greater than 24 hours prior to class start time will receive a full refund. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of class start time will receive a credit valid toward a future class.
